Our Book Publishing team, headed up by Roger Field (in house lawyer for Random House for 5 years and before that Legal Advisor to IPC for 7 years), can boast a huge amount of hands on experience in respect of commercial publishing agreements (ranging from agreements with authors to buying and selling publishing houses), all aspects of the acquisition and exploitation of copyright (whether via paper or online), together will advising upon libel issues/pre publication clearance
