Sade Kharbanda (Solicitor)
Sade Kharbanda is an Assistant Solicitor with the firm, having joined New Media Law as a Trainee in October 2007, and qualifying in October 2009.
Sade Kharbanda specialises in dispute resolution and litigation with an emphasis on the media and entertainment sector. Sade deals with disputes involving infringement of intellectual property in addition to a broad range of general commercial and contractual disputes.
Sade also provides advice to clients in the creative sector focusing on commercial, digital media and intellectual property issues, and has a broad experience in advising online clients in respect of data protection and privacy issues.
