Wayne Smith has over 8 years experience as a solicitor specialising solely in employment law.
Prior to joining New Media Law Wayne worked as an employment specialist with a number of international and national law firms in the City of London and the regions. Wayne gives advice on employment law issues across the full spectrum of business clients from PLCs to owner managed businesses.
Known for his problem solving approach, Wayne provides commercial and practical advice across all areas of employment law, including dismissals, performance management, TUPE transfers, redundancies, sickness management, policies and procedure and contractual issues.
