Michael has acted on a number of high-profile matters in recent years, including Jukes v Facebook, a data privacy class action arising from the Cambridge Analytica scandal, and Bryant v Marriott Hotels, a data breach class action following a major cyber-attack.

His work ranges from advisory and dispute resolution for SMEs and start-ups to litigation and arbitration for large, global organisations based in the UK and elsewhere.

He is a qualified mediator and co-creator of the Society for Computers & Law Adjudication Scheme, designed to resolve technology disputes in England and Wales.

Michael is also immediate past Chair of the ITechLaw Global Dispute Resolution Committee.
